Designer Loafers
Loafers are low, leather step-in shoes with broad flat heels and no buckles or shoelaces. They are sometimes worn with socks or no socks, and some women wear them with knee socks. These shoes first appeared in the mid 1930s and were popularized by Michael Jackson in the 80s.
