Jeanne lanvin started the lanvin fashion house in 1889 and is considered to be the oldest Parisian fashion house. It was founded at 22, Rue du Faubourg Saint-Honore in Paris. In 1946 Jeanne Lanvin’s daughter Marguerite took over the fashion house.
